All corporate gift card buyers purchasing through the TOTUSDirect bulk ordering platform must agree to the TOTUSDirect Terms and Conditions.

How can I place a bulk order for Solo Stove gift cards?
To place a bulk gift card order, register for a corporate account on the Solo Stove TOTUSDirect page. Once approved, you can log in here to place an order at any time.
What is TOTUSDirect?
TOTUSDirect is the official bulk gift card ordering platform for Solo Stove.
I'm not a business, but I'd like to buy in bulk. Can I still order through the TOTUSDirect bulk ordering platform?
Only registered businesses and organizations with a Federal Tax ID can order through the TOTUSDirect bulk ordering platform. If you are an individual consumer or do not have a Tax ID, please order through solostove.com.
Can I use Solo Stove's trademarked brand assets in my promotional materials?
Marketing materials that use the Solo Stove logo, brand name, trademark, service mark, trade name, copyrights, or other intellectual property depicting the Brand must be submitted to TOTUS for review and written approval. Materials can be submitted to operations@tot.us and we’ll review them within five business days.
Do you have an API option for corporate ordering?

Can I buy Solo Stove shoes and other products in bulk through the TOTUSDirect bulk ordering platform?
No, only Solo Stove gift cards are available through the TOTUSDirect platform. If you're interested in purchasing other products in bulk, please contact us here

PLACING AN ORDER
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We require a minimum order of $1,000 and 4 cards. For orders less than that, please purchase through our standard consumer site.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Your bulk order may be eligible for a discount. Register for an account or reach out to us via the inquiry form at https://totuscards.com/giftcards/solo-stove
What denominations are available?
Solo Stove gift cards can be activated for any whole dollar amount from $25 to $500
Do you offer both physical and digital gift cards in bulk?
Yes, Solo Stove bulk gift cards are available as both physical and digital gift cards.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept ACH, Wire, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.95% convenience fee.
How will the gift cards be delivered?
Physical gift cards can be delivered directly to each recipient (“direct delivery”) or in bulk to one address. Shipping prices vary by delivery type. Digital gift cards can be delivered directly to each recipient's inbox or downloaded in bulk as a file of gift card links.
When will I receive my gift cards?
Once payment has been received and processed, receipt of your physical gift card order will depend on the shipping method chosen. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Please note, it takes 1-2 business days to process physical orders before they're shipped.
In most cases, digital gift card orders are sent to recipients or available for download within 4-6 hours of purchase.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have a question about the timing of your order, please email service@tot.us.
Do I need to do anything when the gift cards arrive?
No, gift cards arrive pre-activated.
Can I edit my bulk gift card order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders quickly, it may be difficult to change an order once it has been placed. Please email service@tot.us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
